The beauty instrument is generally composed of a casing, a driving motor, a massage head, a heating plate, an NTC temperature sensor, an atomizing device, a control circuit board and a battery. The key point of its temperature control is to set an NTC temperature sensor. The working principle of the temperature sensor is that as the temperature increases, the resistance value decreases. A resistance value is set in the control circuit board. When the temperature reaches a temperature point, the power supply will automatically cut off. When the temperature rises to a certain point, the power supply will work automatically.


The NTC temperature sensor of the beauty instrument realizes automatic temperature adjustment. When the user adjusts the suitable temperature, the NTC temperature sensor detects and controls the rotation of the forward and reverse output wheels. At the same time, the sealing plate detects whether the temperature is within a safe range and controls the spline shaft. Forward and reverse rotation, to achieve temperature control, and forcibly lock the friction wheel, which can only be adjusted lower but not higher, to avoid damage to the user due to excessive temperature, or the temperature is too low to produce a warming effect, reducing safety. hidden danger.
